BSOB zoekt een medewerker objectenbeheer voor het beheren, verwerken, controleren en beoordelen van veelvoorkomende en complexe objectkenmerken en gegevens van WOZ-objecten. De kandidaat moet minimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebben met het verwerken van objectgegevens van zowel woningen als niet-woningen, zoals agrarische objecten en (in)courante niet-woningen. We zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft met Gouwbelastingen en Way2GO. Ook moet de kandidaat minimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebben met het verwerken van mutaties uit de BAG in de WOZ. ?n de genoemde taken moeten al volledig zelfstandig uitgevoerd kunnen worden.
