Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí služeb spočívající ve vypracování projektové dokumentace pro obnovu kalového hospodářství na ČOV Jihlava. Dokumentace bude vypracována v souladu s platnou i připravovanou legislativou, včetně všech souvisejících norem a nařízení, zejména v oblasti ochrany životního prostředí a nakládání s odpady. Součástí plnění je návrh řešení zaměřeného na snížení energetické náročnosti prostřednictvím efektivního využití moderních technologií a postupů, které minimalizují spotřebu energie při provozu kalového hospodářství. Dále bude optimalizován provoz ČOV Jihlava, a to zlepšením technologických procesů, zvýšením provozní efektivity a snížením nákladů na údržbu a provoz zařízení. Projektová dokumentace rovněž zahrne návrh efektivního řešení nakládání s kalovými produkty, přičemž budou zohledněny možnosti jejich dalšího využití nebo ekologické likvidace.
