The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply of electricity, in all respects in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in the Procurement Documentation. The supplied electricity must contain at least 50% electricity from renewable sources. In order to stimulate the production of energy from renewable sources to make it more competitive than energy obtained from conventional sources and to encourage the construction of new renewable energy sources and achieve sustainable development, the Contracting Authority has determined that the electricity must contain the above-mentioned percentage of electricity from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources are energy from renewable non-fossil sources, for example, wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, ambient energy, tidal energy, ebb and flow and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, landfill gas, biogas from wastewater treatment plants and biogas (Article 3 of the Electricity Market Act, "Narodne novine" no. 111/21 and 83/23). The tenderer is obliged to comply with the Regulation on eliminating disturbances on the domestic energy market ("Narodne novine" no. 31/23, 74/23, 107/23, 122/23, 32/24 and 104/24) and other acts that guarantee a more favorable position for the Contracting Authority in the supply of electricity, regardless of the offered and contracted price.
