Collection and management of municipal waste from the Regimin commune

The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from residential properties and properties where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, located in the Regimin commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for appropriate use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill. 2.1 collection and management of municipal waste (information) 2.1.1. mixed municipal waste, 2.1.2. municipal waste collected selectively, divided into: - metals and plastics, - paper and cardboard, - glass - green waste (bio-waste); 2.1.4. bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment from residential properties, 2.1.5 provision of appropriate containers by the Contractor for the municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK), which is located at the Commune Wastewater Treatment Plant in Targonie. The Ordering Party is responsible for operating the PSZOK. At the PSZOK, owners of residential and non-residential properties will be able to leave: a) metals and plastics b) paper and cardboard c) glass d) chemicals, expired medicines e) waste not classified as medical waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring blood levels, in particular needles and syringes f) multi-material packaging g) waste electrical and electronic equipment h) used batteries and accumulators i) used car tires, j) furniture and other bulky waste, k) construction and demolition waste, l) ash, m) clothing and textiles, n) bio-waste; residents of residential properties – free of charge. 2.1.6. Waste collection devices – containers, bins, bags – which will be placed in the waste collection points indicated by the Ordering Party, will be provided by the Contractor. 2.1.7. Types of containers for collecting mixed municipal waste (residential and non-residential properties and multi-family buildings) and selectively collected waste in multi-family buildings and non-residential properties: capacity - 120 L capacity - 240 L capacity - 1100 L 2.1.8. Characteristics of bags for selective waste collection: a) material – LDPE polyethylene film, b) 120 l minimum thickness 0.080 mm - green color c) 120 l minimum thickness 0.080 mm - blue color d) 120 l minimum thickness 0.035 mm - yellow color e) 120 l minimum thickness 0.080 mm - brown bags for biodegradable green waste f) print – single-sided, print color black, print area minimum 1500 cm2 maximum 2000 cm2; the content of the print will be provided to the Contractor within 3 days after the conclusion of the contract. Containers must comply with the standards and requirements contained in the Act of August 30, 2012 on the conformity assessment system (Journal of Laws No. 204, item 2048, as amended) and meet the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of October 25, 2005 on the detailed procedure for handling packaging waste (Journal of Laws No. 219, item 1858). 2.1.9. The obligation to wash and disinfect containers and bins lies with the property owner.
