Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1. odbiór niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych; 2. odbiór selektywnie zebranych odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych; 3. odbiór i zagospodarowanie pozostałych selektywnie zbieranych odpadów komunalnych w ramach dwóch mobilnych zbiórek w ciągu roku – jednej w okresie wiosennym i jednej w okresie jesiennym – przeprowadzanych we wszystkich 13 miejscowościach na terenie gminy Rogóźno; 4. wyposażenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych w pojemniki do gromadzenia odpadów, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia; 5. przygotowanie, wydrukowanie i dostarczenie właścicielom nieruchomości harmonogramów odbioru odpadów oraz realizację pozostałych obowiązków określonych w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
