Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór oraz zagospodarowanie, w procesie odzysku lub recyklingu, odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11, wytwarzanych w Zakładzie Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Lulkowie. Oferowany sposób zagospodarowania odpadu musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa oraz procesami odzysku wyszczególnionymi w załączniku nr 1 do ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 roku o odpadach (t.j.
