Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usunięcie wszystkich odpadów niebezpiecznych nielegalnie zgromadzonych i magazynowanych na terenie nieruchomości położonej w miejscowości Kozy (działka nr 499/8) obręb Kozy) w Gminie Dobrzany, na terenie hali magazynowej, umieszczonych w różnego rodzaju pojemnikach (w tym w beczkach o różnych pojemnościach, mauzerach, big bagach itp.) oraz poddanie ich odpowiednim co do właściwości odpadów ostatecznym procesom odzysku lub unieszkodliwiania. Lokalizacja nieruchomości oraz jej oznaczenie w formie mapy stanowi Załącznik nr 12 do SWZ. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów wynosi około 300,00 Mg - zgodnie ze stanem wynikającym z opinii z dnia 31 sierpnia 2016 r., sporządzonej przez Kierownika Zakładu Analizy Instrumentalnej dr hab. inż.
