Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn. „Przyjęcie i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11 w procesie R1” tj. sukcesywne przyjęcie do zagospodarowania odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12. Odpad musi być zagospodarowany w instalacji Wykonawcy w procesie odzysku R1 – Wykorzystanie głównie jako paliwa lub innego środka wytwarzania energii, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 roku o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.). Szacunkowa ilość odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12, która zostanie przekazana (transport po stronie Zamawiającego) do zagospodarowania Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy wyniesie 8 000 Mg. Zamawiającemu przysługuje uprawnienie do skorzystania z prawa opcji poprzez zobowiązanie Wykonawcy do odbioru i zagospodarowania, w okresie obowiązywania umowy odpadów w ilości do 1 600 Mg (20% wielkości zamówienia podstawowego).
