1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Szastarka w 2027 roku. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: a) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od wszystkich właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych; b) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych; c) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zbieranych selektywnie (meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe zbierane raz w roku). 2. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie z szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ z uwzględnieniem zapisów SWZ oraz wzoru umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
