Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych i zbieranych selektywnie z nieruchomości oraz Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) położonych na terenie Gminy Trzydnik Duży w 2027 roku. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: a) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od wszystkich właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych; b) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych; 3. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie z szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ z uwzględnieniem zapisów SWZ oraz wzoru umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
