Collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 from the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo

1. The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from the mechanical processing of waste other than that mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF generated in the process of mechanical and manual processing of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and residues from the sorting of selectively collected waste at the Municipal Facility of the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze. 2. The estimated amount of waste during the contract period will be up to 5,000 Mg. This amount has been determined for the purpose of estimating the value of the order. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of collected waste without the right to claim damages. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 1,000 Mg. The actual amount of waste intended for collection will result from the current needs of the contracting authority. 3. Waste code 19 12 12 covered by the subject of the order will be waste from the oversieve fraction with a diameter above 80 mm as material intended for the production of alternative fuel RDF, after separating the screening waste and after manual sorting on the sorting line and separation of ferrous metals. The waste covered by the subject of the order will be predominantly pressed into bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 100 cm x 110 cm, which will be tied with steel wire or occasionally in loose form without pressing. 4. Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the contractor and at his expense. The contractor will transport the collected waste by trucks adapted for the transport of waste in pressed bales and in loose form and will have an entry in the register for waste transport, referred to in art. 50 sec. 1 item 5 letter b, of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste. 5. Waste collection will take place on working days from Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze using the contractor's own transport. The contracting authority ensures the loading of waste. Weighing of waste collected by the contractor will take place on the contracting authority's scale, located at the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo, Łasków 69 and will be confirmed by a weighing slip from the weighing system and confirmation of the generation of a Waste Transfer Card in accordance with the guidelines of the BDO system. 6. Each transport of waste collected by the contractor will be recorded in the contracting authority's weighing system and in the BDO system. 7. After the end of each settlement period, which is a calendar month, the contracting authority will provide the contractor with a weighing balance (report) from the computer program supporting the weighing system at the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo. 8. The proposed method of managing waste code constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste. 9. The contractor will be obliged to confirm the recovery of the collected waste and to provide written information about the recovery process conducted with the waste collected from the contracting authority. 10. The scope and method of implementation of the subject of the order are defined by the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
