Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the contractor and at his expense. The contractor will transport the collected waste by trucks adapted for the transport of waste in pressed bales and in loose form and will have an entry in the register for waste transport, referred to in art. 50 sec. 1 item 5 letter b, of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste. 5. Waste collection will take place on working days from Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM from the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze using the contractor's own transport. The contracting authority ensures the loading of waste. Weighing of waste collected by the contractor will take place on the contracting authority's scale, located at the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo, Łasków 69 and will be confirmed by a weighing slip from the weighing system and confirmation of the generation of a Waste Transfer Card in accordance with the guidelines of the BDO system. 6. Each transport of waste collected by the contractor will be recorded in the contracting authority's weighing system and in the BDO system. 7. After the end of each settlement period, which is a calendar month, the contracting authority will provide the contractor with a weighing balance (report) from the computer program supporting the weighing system at the Waste Management Plant in Łaskowo. 8. The proposed method of managing waste code constituting a component for the production of alternative fuel RDF must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste. 9. The contractor will be obliged to confirm the recovery of the collected waste and to provide written information about the recovery process conducted with the waste collected from the contracting authority. 10. The scope and method of implementation of the subject of the order are defined by the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
