In verband met een piek in de werkzaamheden zoekt Zorginstituut Nederland een adviseur P&O voor zes maanden in de periode van 1 april tot en met 1 oktober 2026 voor gemiddeld 28 uren per week.
Als P&O adviseur ga je je collega’s P&O adviseurs en de manager P&O ondersteunen bij diverse activiteiten:
- Ziekteverzuim en dan met name complexe Wet Poortwachter uitdagingen;
- Ondersteunen bij een voorbereiding op een Strategische Personeelsplanning, bijvoorbeeld door creëren en analyseren van management- informatie;
- Ondersteunen personeelsadviseurs bij diverse werkzaamheden;
- Adviseren over personele casuïstieken;
- Uitzoeken diverse juridische CAO/WNRA issues;
- Ondersteunen manager P&O bij schrijven van beleidsstukken;
- Ondersteunen recruiter bij W&S opdrachten.
