Ben jij een ervaren professional in het managen van de omgeving van complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen? Heb je een scherp oog voor de belangen van diverse partijen en weet je hen effectief te betrekken en te informeren gedurende het project? Dan ben jij de Omgevingsmanager die wij zoeken. Als Omgevingsmanager werk je aan diverse complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen, waaronder de ontwikkeling bij het Willem Alexanderhof. Je bent de schakel tussen het procesteam en externe belanghebbenden, zoals inwoners, ondernemers en belangengroepen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en het managen van de relatie met deze partijen en het zorgen voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking gedurende het gehele project. Belangrijkste taken zijn: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het informeren, betrekken en verbinden van de verschillende belangen op het juiste moment en op de juiste manier. Je houdt de stakeholderanalyse actueel en geeft in samenwerking met het omgevingsteam verder invulling aan de uitvoering van het communicatie- en participatieplan. Je onderhoudt relaties met belanghebbenden, identificeert tijdig kansen en eventuele issues en anticipeert hierop. Je organiseert en leidt overleggen en informatiesessies met belanghebbenden. Je voert participatiegesprekken Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een actuele VOG te overleggen (niet ouder dan zes maanden). Indien hier niet aan kan worden voldaan, eindigt de opdracht per direct.
