De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven op de aanbesteding voor het verrichten van onderhoud aan, het verzorgen van opleidingen voor en het op afroep leveren van reservedelen, componenten, gereedschappen en meetapparatuur ten behoeve van motorfietsen van het merk KTM , die sinds medio 2020 in bezit zijn van het ministerie van Defensie. Defensie beschikt op dit moment over 110 (honderd en tien) stuks van deze motorfietsen. Aangezien het huidige contract volledig is benut en geen resterende financiële waarde meer vertegenwoordigt, beoogt Defensie een overeenkomst met een opdrachtnemer aan te gaan teneinde de logistieke instandhouding van deze motorfietsen te continueren. De beoogde start van de overeenkomst is 15 september 2026. Op het moment van schrijven is de verwachting dat de motorfietsen van het merk KTM nog maximaal 4 (vier) jaar na ondertekening van de overeenkomst in gebruik blijven.
