De aanbestedende dienst wenst middels deze aanbesteding met één leverancier die de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding heeft ingediend, een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het beheer, onderhoud en doorontwikkelen van websites op basis van DatoCMS. De opdracht omvat het structureel beheren van DatoCMS, het doorontwikkelen van de website naar toekomstige wensen (waaronder AI-gestuurde functionaliteiten zoals chatbots, gepersonaliseerde content en geautomatiseerde zoekfunctionaliteiten), het beheren van bestaande API-koppelingen en integraties, en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe koppelingen met interne en externe systemen. Dit alles zodat de website blijvend voldoet aan de (toekomstige) wensen en behoeften van diverse stakeholders van ROC Mondriaan.
