Je maakt deel uit van het team Gebiedsgericht en Natuurinclusief Gebiedsgericht. In dit team binnen het programma Landbouw & Voedsel werken 25 collega?s. De provincie Noord-Brabant stimuleert natuurinclusieve landbouw, de doelstelling is dat in 2030 minstens 500 agrarische bedrijven in de provincie natuurinclusief zijn. In 2024 heeft BrabantAdvies een evaluatie gedaan naar het natuurinclusieve landbouwbeleid van de provincie, zie Doorontwikkeling provinciaal beleid natuurinclusieve landbouw - Brabant. Naar aanleiding van die evaluatie wordt het beleid in aangepaste vorm voortgezet. Uit de evaluatie blijkt dat agrarisch ondernemers coaching zeer waardevol vinden. De provincie blijft daarom inzetten op ondernemerscoaches die gespecialiseerd zijn in natuurinclusieve landbouw. Daarnaast gaat aandacht uit naar een goede verwijzing vanuit andere adviseurs naar deze coaches. Tot dusver begeleidden ondernemerscoaches Natuurinclusieve Landbouw agrarische ondernemers bij het maken van een persoonlijk omschakelplan. Het adviesrapport geeft aan dat ondernemers vooral ook behoefte hebben aan begeleiding bij de uitvoering. Daarom worden de ondernemerscoaches in het vervolg ook ingezet om ondernemers verder te helpen die bezig zijn met de uitvoering van hun omschakelplan. De ondersteuning door de coaches wordt verbreed, zodat ook akker- en tuinbouwbedrijven hulp krijgen. Wij zoeken daarom drie ondernemerscoaches die agrari?rs kunnen voorlichten over hoe zij natuurinclusieve agrarische productiemethoden kunnen toepassen. We zoeken in totaal drie coaches voor ofwel grondgebonden veehouderijen (voornamelijk melkvee en zoogkoeien) ofwel voor plantaardige teelten (akkerbouw en vollegronds groententeelt). De coaches adviseren bedrijven die willen omschakelen naar natuurinclusieve landbouw of bedrijven die al natuurinclusief zijn en die zich verder willen doorontwikkelen in natuurinclusieve landbouw. De productie van voedsel binnen dergelijke landbouwsystemen draagt bij aan de verbetering van de fysieke en sociale leefomgeving; een verbeterde bodem en waterkwaliteit, versterking van de landschappelijke waarden en het behoud van biodiversiteit. - Je ondersteunt grondgebonden veehouders en/of agrari?rs met plantaardige teelten (akkerbouw en vollegronds groententeelt); - je helpt agrari?rs bij het opstellen van een omschakelplan en een bedrijfseconomische onderbouwing; - je helpt ondernemers bij de uitvoering van hun omschakelplan; - je legt contact met andere coaches en zaakbegeleiders die actief zijn namens Provincie Noord-Brabant; - je houdt in een digitaal overzicht bij welke agrari?rs een beroep doen op ondersteuning.
