Original language: DutchEr is een toenemend besef dat échte innovatiekracht zich buiten de overheid bevindt en dat échte samenwerking (zogenaamde co-creatie) tussen overheid en marktpartijen innovatie binnen de overheid kan versnellen. Directie X heeft de taak om deze samenwerking vorm en inhoud te geven. Dit doen we al een aantal jaar met veel succes op een laagdrempelige, kort cyclische en concrete manier via het innovatieprogramma Startup In Residence (SiR) Intergov (intergov.nl). Rondom deze challenge-trajecten is geregeld behoefte aan ondersteunende dienstverlening in de vorm van o.a. vraagarticulatie, marktonderzoek en scouting van marktpartijen en (kleinschalige) event organisatie. Daarnaast is de dienstverlener een klankbord en vraagbaak op het gebied van innovatie-expertise en innovatief inkopen. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een overeenkomst voor de omschreven en gespecificeerde dienstverlening met één Inschrijver 400.000,00
