De gemeente Hilvarenbeek, hierna te noemen aanbestedende dienst of opdrachtgever, wil een Kindcentrum in Hilvarenbeek laten realiseren.
Voorafgaand dient er een ontwerpteam samengesteld te worden om een ontwerp volgens de wensen en eisen van de aanbestedende dienst en gebruikers op te stellen. Ook wel total engineer genoemd.
De aanbestedende dienst wil de opdracht voor het samenstellen van het ontwerpteam met betrekking tot het Kindcentrum in Hilvarenbeek door middel van deze selectieleidraad aanbesteden.
