Predmet nabave obuhvaća izradu, isporuku i montažu novih, nekorištenih i neoštećenih elemenata projektiranog uredskog namještaja po mjeri, prema tehničkim opisima, dimenzijama, grafičkim prikazima i količinama iz troškovnika. Materijali, dimenzije, debljine, okovi, spojevi, završne obrade i dopuštena odstupanja moraju odgovarati zahtjevima pojedine stavke troškovnika i pripadajućih nacrta. Izvedba mora biti u skladu s pravilima struke i primjenjivim propisima. Prije početka izrade ugovaratelj je dužan pregledati prostorije na mjestu ugradnje i provjeriti stvarne mjere, podloge, pristup te druge okolnosti bitne za izradu i montažu. Odgovoran je za dimenzije utvrđene izmjerom te za pravilnu uklopljenost i ugradnju elemenata. Prije početka proizvodnje odgovarajućih elemenata ugovaratelj dostavlja uzorke vidljivih materijala i završnih obrada, uključujući, kada su predviđeni pojedinom stavkom troškovnika, dekore, furnire, boje, lakove, rubne obrade i materijale za tapeciranje. Izrada se provodi prema pisano odobrenim uzorcima. Ugovaratelj izrađuje jedan reprezentativni ogledni detalj furnirane i/ili lakirane izvedbe, prikladan za provjeru kvalitete spojeva, rubova, furniranja i završne površinske obrade. Naručitelj provjerava usklađenost s ugovorenim zahtjevima, prema potrebi evidentira primjedbe i daje pisano odobrenje prije početka odgovarajuće proizvodnje. Na predmet nabave primjenjuje se točka VI. podtočka 20. Odluke o provedbi zelene javne nabave („Narodne novine”, br. 137/24). Drvo mora imati dokazanu sljedivost, primjerice certifikatom FSC, PEFC ili drugim međunarodno priznatim certifikatom koji potvrđuje da je dobiveno iz održivo gospodarenih šuma, uz primjenu pravila o dopuštenim načinima dokazivanja i jednakovrijednosti.
