Organization of the trip for Małopolska entrepreneurs to CEATEC 2026 fair in Chiba (Japan)

The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the CEATEC 2026 fair in Chiba, which takes place from October 13-16, 2026, as part of the "Direction: Export and Investment - Małopolska" project. The order includes the execution of the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of passenger transport at the fair venue, catering for participants, organization of accommodation for all fair participants including breakfast, insurance, translation services in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. NOTE! In case of:  changes in the date of the Fair or its cancellation in traditional format, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country/city of the fair makes it impossible,  occurrence of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Ordering Party's control, particularly related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats or the issuance of travel warnings by competent institutions (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs) regarding travel to the place of service delivery or through transit areas, resulting in participants' resignation from participation in the trip for security reasons, and consequently the impossibility of completing the minimum number of 18 participants necessary for the execution of the order, the Ordering Party shall have the right to annul the proceedings pursuant to Art. 255 point 5) of the Act on Public Procurement or to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 456 para. 1 point 1) of the Act on Public Procurement. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the "Description of the Subject of the Order" (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
