Organizirani prilagođeni prijevoz učenika s teškoćama u razvoju Centra za odgoj i obrazovanje Čakovec za školsku godinu 2026./2027., 2027./2028., 2028./2029. i 2029./2030. Prijevoz se odvija sukladno članku 69. stavku 4. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17 i 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23, 156/23), vezanim propisima te Odlukom Povjerenstva o potrebi organiziranog prilagođenog prijevoza učenika s većim teškoćama u razvoju COO Čakovec. U slučaju posebnih, izvanrednih uvjeta prijevoza poput proglašenja epidemije bolesti, ratnog stanja, pružatelj usluge prijevoza dužan je prilagoditi uvjete prijevoza za učenike u skladu sa mjerama i uputama Stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske, Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo te nadležnog Ministarstva. Izračun se radi na bazi auto-dana, a relacije i broj učenika u prijevozu predviđeni su okvirno, prema trenutno dostupnim podacima za koje je potreban prijevoz.
