Interim payments will be made based on interim invoices from the contractor, but no more often than monthly and in 90% of the services proven by audited settlement documents. The interim payment amount reduced by 10% must be stated by the contractor in the invoice. No interim payment will be made for services rendered in the month preceding final acceptance.
