Interim payments will be granted based on interim invoices from the contractor, but no more than monthly and in 90% of the services proven by audited settlement documents. The interim payment amount reduced by 10% must be listed by the contractor in the invoice. No interim payment will be granted for services rendered in the month preceding the final acceptance. Bidders for construction, renovation or trenchless pipe laying for work on the drinking water pipeline network must provide proof of the required qualification in accordance with the current DVGW worksheets, including further training at a DVGW-certified training center. The qualification must also be proven if wastewater pipes or wastewater pressure pipes are to be laid in corresponding material or by corresponding laying method.
