Outsourcing ICT Dokwurk
Opdrachtgever: Sociaal Ontwikkelbedrijf Dokwurk
Wij zijn op zoek naar een leverancier die ons wil ondersteunen bij het beheren en migreren van onze huidige ICT-omgeving naar Azure. We willen graag een leverancier contracteren waarvan de dienstverlening aansluit bij onze cultuur, omvang en manier van werken. Dit betekent korte lijnen, pragmatische oplossingen en snel met elkaar schakelen om vragen en/of problemen op te lossen.
Wij hebben op dit moment ongeveer 120 vaste gebruikers die actief gebruik maken van de ICT-omgeving. Het grootste deel van deze gebruiker maakt gebruik van standaard kantoorautomatisering (Microsoft 365), toegang tot bedrijfsapplicaties en gedeelde dataopslag. De huidige on-premise serverinfrastructuur is verouderd en zal moeten worden vervangen door een toekomstbestendige en veilige Microsoft Azure cloudoplossing.
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren van een ervaren en gecertificeerde ICT-partner die bij ons past.
