Description

Omnibuzz is een gemeenschappelijke regeling, welke is gevestigd in Sittard en waarin 30 Limburgse gemeenten (alle gemeenten behalve Mook en Middelaar) samenwerken op het gebied van doelgroepenvervoer. In deze fase verzorgt Omnibuzz de inkoop, het contractbeheer, de ritaanname en de tactische regie van het vraagafhankelijke WMO-vervoer (ook wel genoemd CVV). Doel van onderhavige aanbesteding is het per perceel sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor de uitvoering van het doelgroepenvervoer (Omnibuzz-vervoer) in alle Limburgse gemeenten minus Mook en Middelaar. De aanbesteding is opgedeeld in 8 vervoerpercelen. Omnibuzz heeft ruim 40.000 pashouders in het vraagafhankelijk vervoer. over 2025 waren dit ruim 1 miljoen ritten. De historische ritgegevens van 2025 t/m augustus 2026 zijn per perceel beschikbaar in Bijlage 13.
