- The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “Credit” (hereinafter called “Credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO) Ebonyi State, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this Credit to eligible payments under the contract forConstruction of Farm Connecting Road with Hydraulic Structures and Security Solar Light in Ohaukwu Local government Area, Ebonyi State.
- The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project - State Coordination Office, Ebonyi State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity:Construction of Farm Connecting Road with Hydraulic Structures and Security Solar Light at Ezzangbo in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The work period is one year and six months (18 months). The margin of Preference shall not be permitted.

- Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 11 below on or before Friday, 24th July, 2026- 12:00 pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders, designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 12.00 noon on Friday, 24th July, 2026.
- A complete set of the bidding documents of each lot in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (
