Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) invites qualified engineering consultancy firms to submit tenders for feasibility studies, engineering design, environmental and social assessments, and technical supervision of five sand dams under the RESILIENCE Programme in Southern Madagascar. The assignment includes site identification and validation, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, environmental and social studies, construction supervision, on-the-job capacity building for PAH’s technical team, and support during the final acceptance of the works.
