Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor de gemeente Zwolle. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver met de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (EMVI), op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
De opdracht omvat het vervangen van de bestaande parkeermanagementsystemen en het verzorgen van het beheer en onderhoud hiervan. Dit betreft de door de gemeente beheerde parkeerlocaties, waaronder terreinen, garages en toekomstige mobiliteitshubs.
Op basis van het meerjarenonderhoudsplan (MJOP) is de vervanging van de huidige systemen voorzien in de komende jaren. De geselecteerde opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het ontmantelen van de bestaande systemen, het leveren en installeren van nieuwe parkeermanagementsystemen en het verzorgen van het beheer en onderhoud na oplevering. Onder beheer en onderhoud wordt verstaan: beheer en onderhoud op afstand, evenals preventief en correctief onderhoud.
