Solder paste inspection equipment (3D SPI)

1) The tender relates to the procurement of Solder paste inspection equipment (3D SPI). The device is a quality control equipment that inspects the surface of the printed circuit board (PCB) after solder paste printing using three-dimensional optical measurement technology. Its function is to accurately measure the volume, height, surface area, and shape of solder paste layers to detect defects in a timely manner. 3D measurement method compensation for PCB waviness shadowless surface illumination support for Gerber 274X, 274D and OBD++ formats remote monitoring, offline program preparation, SPC, Real Time Monitoring software functions PCB width 450 mm or wider PCB length 450 mm or longer Z-axis accuracy 1 μm or better graphical user interface at the workstation possibility to connect an external 2D scanner Camera resolution 20 μm or better. 2) Provision of description in English or Hungarian; 3) Undertaking of a 36-month warranty; 4) For the purpose of comparing bids, the Tenderer has prepared a specification table in Word format. The technical offer must be submitted by filling out this specification table. The name of the offered device, its manufacturer, country of origin, and the specific product type must be indicated in the table. The fact of a custom-made product must also be recorded in the specification table. 5) If the Bidder is not the manufacturer of the offered product, the information recorded in the specification table must be supported by manufacturer and/or distributor product descriptions. The manufacturer's and/or distributor's product description must record all product properties that support the offered parameters recorded in the specification table(s). The Tenderer accepts English manufacturer and/or distributor product descriptions; Hungarian translation is not required. The Tenderer draws attention to the fact that if any doubt arises regarding the manufacturer's and/or distributor's product description, the Tenderer is entitled to request information regarding the product properties of the given product, signed by the manufacturer. 6) Installation and/or training for 5 persons on the proper use of the product must be provided. 7) Fault resolution must be provided during the warranty period (on-site fault resolution and/or remote fault resolution). In case of malfunction, the earliest start time for fault resolution with remote access is 36 hours or less. In case of malfunction, the earliest start time for fault resolution with on-site visit is 72 hours or less. The Tenderer understands the time required to start fault resolution as the time elapsed from the telephone or electronic/online/email notification of the malfunction until the on-site visit or the start of fault resolution via remote access. The commitment must be fulfilled on working days during working hours. The Tenderer understands working hours as the period between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
