This tender concerns the appointment of an Investor's Representative to provide comprehensive financial and technical management for a significant investment project focused on the construction of interchange hubs. The project is divided into four distinct parts, each with specific objectives. Part 1 involves the design and construction of an interchange hub at Fieldorfa-Nila/Gombrowicza, along with the reconstruction of a bicycle path and a pedestrian-cycle path along Promenada Niemena, connecting the Kiedrzyńska and Gombrowicza interchanges. Part 2 focuses on the design and construction of the interchange hub at Plac Rady Europy. Part 3 addresses the design and construction of an interchange hub at the intersection of ul. Przyjemna and ul. Gościnna. Part 4 entails the installation and connection of Dynamic Passenger Information System (SDIP) boards at bus stops, as specified in the provided list for Częstochowa.
