1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie inwentaryzacji instalacji elektrycznych i układu zasilania dla trzech budynków obiektu KPRM w Warszawie. 2. Celem wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia jest uzyskanie opracowania, podzielonego na część jawną oraz niejawną oznaczoną klauzulą „zastrzeżone”, aktualnego na okres realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia i obejmującego wszystkie instalacje elektryczne wewnętrzne wraz z układem zasilania dla budynków Al. Ujazdowskie 1/3, Al. Ujazdowskie 5 i Al. Szucha 14 w Warszawie, które umożliwi szybką identyfikację punktów odłączenia zasilania podczas awarii oraz prac eksploatacyjno-konserwacyjnych i w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożenia pożarowego (pożaru). 3. Suma powierzchni wynosi około 26 694,15 m2. 4. Orientacyjna liczba pokoi biurowych to 700, w tym 50 objętych klauzulą „zastrzeżone”, natomiast pomieszczeń technicznych około 100 – wszystkie pomieszczenia wraz z ciągami komunikacyjnymi, jak i piwnicami oraz urządzeniami na dachach podlegają inwentaryzacji. 5.
