Performing engineering supervision over the execution of the design project for the SC&I (Signalling and Control) sector and comprehensive construction works on railway line no. 622 on the F+J Podłęże R401 – Gdów / Podłęże R301 – Podłęże Balachówka section within the Project titled: “Construction of the new Podłęże – Szczyrzyc – Tymbark/Mszana Dolna railway line and modernisation of the existing railway line no. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz – Stage II”

The subject of the Order is the management and supervision of the execution of the design project for the SC&I (Signalling and Control) sector and comprehensive construction works on railway line no. 622 on the F+J Podłęże R401 – Gdów / Podłęże R301 – Podłęże Balachówka section within the Project titled: “Construction of the new Podłęże – Szczyrzyc – Tymbark/Mszana Dolna railway line and modernisation of the existing railway line no. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz – Stage II”. The aim of this order is to manage and supervise the execution of the investment task, in particular: a) Performing the function of the Engineer; b) Resource and financial management, in particular comprehensive handling of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring, and resource and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the investor's supervision inspector according to the Construction Law (consolidated text of Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended); d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract (Section F+J Podłęże R401 – Gdów / Podłęże R301 – Podłęże Balachówka) concluded within the Project; e) Conducting environmental and nature supervision. Nature supervision should be carried out in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, the decision approving the conditions for the implementation of the undertaking at the stage of re-assessment of environmental impact, and other administrative decisions in this regard. Environmental supervision should be carried out in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process, including on surface and groundwater, noise, air, land surface, waste management, and greenery management. Furthermore, control of the construction stage in terms of the use of efficient machinery and equipment and their proper operation and maintenance, the use of transport means and machinery without overloading and over-loading, the removal of machinery after work completion, and in case of breakdown, to a designated parking place.
