De Ontwikkelopgave bestaat uit het slopen van de huidige bebouwing (inclusief asbestsanering), voor zover deze niet wordt getransformeerd, het (deels) bouwrijp maken van het Projectgebied en het ontwikkelen en realiseren van minimaal 20 tot maximaal 22 woningen.
