Die BBO Fulda Bildungszentrum Bau Osthessen gemeinnützige GmbH (im Folgenden: "Auftraggeber") beabsichtigt, zur Modernisierung und Erweiterung des Ausbildungszentrums Bauwirtschaft in Fulda die Ausschreibung der hierfür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen vorzunehmen. Dazu soll zunächst ein Objektplaner (nachfolgend "Auftragnehmer"/ "Bewerber"/ "Bieter") mit der Durchführung der Planungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasen 3 - 8 der HOAI beauftragt werden. Die Leistungsphasen 1 -2 HOAI der Objektplanung wurden bereits durchgeführt. Das Bauvorhaben ist eine von Bund und Land geförderte Zuwendungsbaumaßnahme auf der Basis der "Gemeinsamen Richtlinien für die Förderung überbetrieblicher Berufsbildungsstätten und ihrer Weiterbildung zu Kompetenzzentren" vom 15.01.2015 der Bundesministerien für Bildung und Forschung und für Wirtschaft und Energie sowie den hessischen Richtlinien zur Förderung überbetrieblicher Berufsbildungsstätten.
