Description

The City of Bayswater (“the Principal”) is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella. The Principal is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, supply and installation of new replacement play equipment at both Lightning Park, Noranda and Browns Lake Reserve, Bedford (“the Works”). The current play spaces will be removed prior to site handover. Respondents can submit a Response for one or both of the nominated sites. As a result, there may be one or two Contractors to undertake the Works as defined within the Request. The Statement of Requirement (Part 2 of this Request) sets out a full description of the Principal’s requirements in relation to this Request.
