De inzet van een POH Jeugd heeft tot doel de toeleiding naar passende hulp voor jeugdigen vroegtijdig en laagdrempelig te organiseren. De gemeente werkt al meerdere jaren samen met CJG Westelijke Mijnstreek en wenst deze samenwerking middels een nieuwe overeenkomst voort te zetten. Door een aankondiging van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf te publiceren, stelt de gemeente andere partijen in de gelegenheid om binnen 20 dagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging in rechte op te komen tegen deze opdrachtverlening. De gemeente zal bij uitblijven van bezwaren alsdan overgaan tot gunning van de overeenkomst.
