The five Buyers within HSCNI, Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (BHSCT), Northern Health & Social Care Trust (NHSCT) Southern Health & Social Care Trust (SHSCT), South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust (SEHSCT) and Western Health & Social Care Trust (WHSCT) require POCT INR testing Devices, Middleware and Connectivity, Reagents, Consumables, Quality Control (Q.C.), Training, Service and Maintenance and External Quality Assurance (EQA).
