Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti za újmu nebo škodu DIAMO, státní podnik a jeho odštěpných závodů dle technických podmínek, které jsou přílohou č. 2 (technické podmínky - pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti DIAMO, státní podnik) a nedílnou součástí zadávacích podmínek (dále jen „ZP“) a dále v souladu s ostatními přílohami těchto ZP: • příloha č. 3 - pojistný program – DIAMO, státní podnik - Pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti za újmu od 01.01.2027, • příloha č. 5 – zpráva o rizicích pro společnost DIAMO, státní podnik.
