De gemeente Utrecht wil een dienstverleningsovereenkomst afsluiten voor het leveren, implementeren, beheren en onderhouden van een SaaS-oplossing voor een portaal ter ondersteuning van de werkzaamheden in het kader van Schuldhulpverlening (SHV). De te leveren applicatie is een zelfstandige module die eenvoudig te koppelen is aan andere applicaties en waaruit data ontsloten kan worden.
De overeenkomst heeft initieel een looptijd van drie jaar en 4 maanden met opties tot verlenging van drie keer een jaar. De initiële periode is inclusief de implementatieperiode. De implementatieperiode start direct bij inwerkingtreding van de dienstverleningsovereenkomst en duurt maximaal 4 maanden.
De gemeente is voornemens om aan één inschrijver de opdracht te gunnen. De gemeente gunt de opdracht aan de inschrijver met de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
