Description

IPO/BIJ12 voert namens meerdere provincies (Deelnemers) een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor Security Operations Center (SOC)-dienstverlening. De Opdracht omvat het leveren van SOC-diensten gericht op het monitoren, detecteren, analyseren en opvolgen van beveiligingsincidenten en -dreigingen binnen IT- en (optioneel) OT-omgevingen. De dienstverlening bestaat uit een verplicht basispakket (o.a. security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence en rapportage) en optionele aanvullende diensten. De dienstverlening wordt gefaseerd per Deelnemer geïmplementeerd en biedt ruimte voor opschaling en doorontwikkeling gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst. De Aanbestedende dienst raamt de financiële omvang van de opdracht op circa € 2.500.000 tot € 12.000.000 per contractjaar. In de aanvangsfase zullen de kosten naar verwachting lager liggen; gedurende de looptijd kunnen deze toenemen, onder meer als gevolg van de afname van optionele diensten en verdere opschaling van de dienstverlening.
