Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování hovorových a nehovorových služeb elektronických komunikací poskytovaných prostřednictvím sítí elektronických komunikací a zajištění souvisejících dodávek a služeb v rozsahu a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami centrálnímu zadavateli a pověřujícím zadavatelům. Smlouva o poskytování telekomunikačních služeb bude mezi centrálním zadavatelem a vybraným dodavatelem veřejné zakázky podepsána ve znění reflektujícím smysl a účel zadávacích podmínek (dále jen „Smlouva“). Účastnické smlouvy o přistoupení k odběru telekomunikačních služeb uzavírané následně jednotlivými pověřujícími zadavateli (dále jen „účastnické smlouvy“) s vybraným dodavatelem již budou obsahovat pouze specifikace konkrétně poskytovaných služeb. S vybraným dodavatelem bude uzavřena Smlouva o poskytování služeb na dobu určitou 48 měsíců. Zadavatel uvádí, že účastnické smlouvy nemohou být uzavřeny na dobu delší, než je doba trvání Smlouvy. Účinnost všech účastnických smluv bude ukončena nejpozději k datu ukončení Smlouvy.
