Description
The Village of Ceylon (“the Village”) is seeking proposals or quotations from qualified contractors for the physical disconnection of the former Ceylon School building from the attached gymnasium, and the construction of a new storage building for municipal tables and chairs.The project includes:- Structural and mechanical separation of the old school from the gym.- Ensuring both structures remain weatherproof and structurally sound after separation.- Construction of a new storage building located behind the gym.- Restoration and cleanup of all affected areas.The gym will remain fully operational during and after the project. The old school will remain in place and is not scheduled for demolition.
