Description

The services which are being procured as part of this Procurement are approx. 700 pre-paid payment cards initially for court of protection department clients at Lincolnshire County Council.
The Council reserves the ability to increase this number over the contract term to other clients within the Social Care arena if such a business case is accepted.
The Call-Off Contract will run for a period of (2) two years commencing February 2026. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Call-Off Contract by a period of 2 x 12month extensions to 8th January 2030 Currently the Council estimates expenditure would be circa £540,000 per annum - up to £1,000,000 pa if the card cohort is extended further during the term of the contract.. CPV: Financial consultancy, financial transaction processing and clearing-house services (66170000). Procedure: Call-off from a framework agreement. Suitable for SMEs. Suitable for VCSEs
