Original language: slProjekt »Prenova mestnega parka« predstavlja celovito nadgradnjo obstoječe in gradnjo nove zelene infrastrukture v osrednjem urbanem mestnem jedru Murske Sobote. Zasnova temelji na ohranjanju ključnih prostorskih in zgodovinskih kvalitet parka ter uvajanju novih vsebin, prilagojenih sodobnim potrebam prebivalcev in podnebnim izzivom. V okviru projekta so predvidene: delna odstranitev in preureditev nekdanjega objekta ZOTK v učilnico na prostem in prostor za začasne javne sanitarije, prenova dotrajanih utrjenih površin v propustne peščene poti, ureditev večnamenskih površin (gruščna trata), oblikovanje novega prostora za igro v gozdnem delu parka, ureditev parkovne opreme, zasaditev novih dreves, grmovnic in cvetočih travnikov ter posodobitev javne razsvetljave in osnovne komunalne infrastrukture. Posebna pozornost je namenjena uporabi recikliranih materialov ter načelom trajnostne in krožne rabe prostora.
