Original language: csPředmětem části veřejné zakázky je zajištění vnitrostátní pravidelné a nepravidelné pozemní odborné přepravy a svozu laboratorních vzorků (chemických i biologických), které jsou těžištěm přepravy, včetně zdravotnické odborné přepravy léčivých přípravků, krve a jejích složek nebo přepravy dalšího biologického materiálu a přepravy infekčních látek, tzn. nebezpečných látek třídy 6.2 (infekční látky) a třídy 9 (jiné nebezpečné látky a předměty) podle Dohody ADR (dále také „přeprava a svoz laboratorních vzorků“), přepravy přístrojové techniky a jiných, různorodých, blíže nespecifikovatelných věcí (dále jen „přeprava přístrojové techniky“) a přepravy interních zásilek – dopravcem, disponujícím vhodnými vozidly a speciálně vybavenými vozidly pro přepravu a svoz laboratorních vzorků, v souladu se zákonem č. 111/1994 Sb., o silniční dopravě v platném znění a souvisejícími předpisy, Dohodou ADR, s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů, dále jen „Obecné nařízení EU“), se zákonem o zpracování osobních údajů, platnými pokyny zadavatele pro přepravu laboratorních vzorků a požadavky akreditovaných pracovišť zadavatele dle norem ČSN EN ISO 15189:2013 a ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 v platném znění.
