Collection and disposal of bulky waste at recycling yards managed by the Contracting Authority (KB 20 03 07)

The service includes the collection (loading), weighing, transport, and processing/disposal of bulky waste. The offered service of the subject of procurement must enable the collection and further processing of bulky waste in an exemplary and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21 and 142/23) and subordinate regulations, as well as the conditions and requirements from the Procurement Documentation. The responsibility of the waste holder – the Contracting Authority ceases at the moment the bulky waste is taken over by the Bidder. The Contracting Authority is not responsible for any omissions by the economic entity – service provider, or for damages caused to third parties. The Contracting Authority or the holder of bulky waste prepared for further recovery and disposal is obliged to provide the economic entity performing waste management activities (service provider) with the Accompanying Waste Sheet – form PL-O, along with the waste, in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21 and 142/23) and subordinate regulations, and is responsible for the accuracy of the data about the waste stated in the accompanying sheet. A copy of the accompanying sheet certified by the Contracting Authority and the economic entity performing the transport and disposal service of bulky municipal waste, as well as the original weighing documents from an authorized economic entity, are proof of service execution. The economic entity performing the transport and disposal of bulky waste is obliged to handle the collected bulky waste in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Management Act.
