Wat ga je doen? Word jij warm van een organisatie die continu wil verbeteren? Krijg jij energie van het begeleiden van processen? Ben jij expert op het vlak van informatiebeheer en -control? Dan is Provincie Noord-Brabant op zoek naar jou! We zoeken een ervaren adviseur procesbegeleider voor het trekken van de volgende opdrachten: Ondersteuning van de teamleider bij het laten vaststellen van aanbevelingen voor archivering van informatie in bijzondere media als websites, outlook, sociale media, whatsapp, signal e.d. Belangrijke stakeholders dienen bij het vaststellingsproces te worden betrokken en de consequenties voor GS moeten worden beschreven. Later in de tijd, na vaststelling, is het opstellen van een projectplan voor implementatie opportuun in samenwerking met team ICT, Communicatie en ICB om gedurende anderhalf jaar voor 20u per week realisatie te geven aan dit project. Het gaat inhoudelijk om het realiseren van de Basis op orde en om het maken van werkafspraken naar rollen en verantwoordelijkheid; Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van een organisatie- en ontwikkelplan. Het schetsen van producten en diensten ICB vs capaciteit op reguliere en ontwikkeltaken. Ook aanbevelingen van de provinciearchivaris ten aanzien van op te pakken activiteiten en inrichting van het informatiebeheer dienen te worden geadresseerd; Ondersteuning leveren aan de kwaliteitsco?rdinator van het team op het gebied van Corsa doorontwikkeling en gebruik van nieuwe functionaliteiten, koppeling e-depot, opzet van een systeem voor kwaliteitsbeheer etc.; Opstellen en beheren van een overzichtslijst van alle projecten met activiteiten die in samenhang worden gemonitord door de teamleider. Team Je maakt deel uit van het team informatiebeheer en ? control (ICB) dat onderdeel is van het programma Stuurinformatie en Administratie (SIA). Je ondersteunt vooral de teamleider en kwaliteitsco?rdinator. Daarnaast bestaat het team uit informatieverwerkers, recordmanagers en Woo deskundigen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de programma manager SIA en andere MT-leden, teamleiders van andere programma?s worden aangesloten.
