We zoeken voor twee opdrachten een projectleider/ procesbegeleider. Beide opdrachten hebben te maken met het (zorg/ welzijn)aanbod binnen het onderwijs waarbij op het ISK de situatie specifieker en urgenter is waardoor daar een meer concrete aanpak wenselijk is. Gezocht wordt iemand die recent ervaring heeft met de Bossche (onderwijs)situatie en een onafhankelijke rol kan vervullen. De opdrachtgever is de gemeente. Voor de opdracht bij het ISK is je werkplek bij en inhoudelijke aansturing door het ISK. Samen met het team Ontwikkeling en Realisatie Jeugd (beleid, programma en projecten) analyseren welk aanbod er op het onderwijs is (er is gekozen om te starten bij 15 scholen). Plan van aanpak ligt er en medewerkers van O&R Jeugd zijn in positie. We zoeken iemand die het proces projectmatig begeleid en de opgehaalde informatie bij elkaar brengt in een advies welk aanbod het beste past. We gaan hierbij uit van maatwerk en niet van een standaardmodel voor elke school. In het advies staat ook het plan van aanpak voor hoe de overige scholen in de gemeente ?s-Hertogenbosch hierop aangesloten worden.
