Najaar 2025 wordt de omgevingsvisie Land van Cuijk vastgesteld. Deze visie is de integrale visie op de fysieke leefomgeving waarin de verschillende ambities op het gebied van natuur, water, landbouw, klimaat, economie, energie, gezondheid en wonen worden samengebracht. Deze ambities kennen hun eigen visie en uitvoeringsplan en hebben als bouwsteen voor de omgevingsvisie gediend. De verdere uitwerking van onze omgevingsvisie vraagt een gebiedsgerichte aanpak. Daarnaast vragen de verschillende onderdelen (ontwikkelassen, gebiedskompassen) uit de omgevingsvisie nog een verdiepende uitwerking. Deze onderdelen zijn van belang om goed te doorleven en de consequenties scherp te krijgen voor toekomstige ruimtelijke keuzes. Deze toekomstige ruimtelijke keuzes vragen een integrale afweging. Het wordt een traject van pionieren, uitproberen en zorgen dat er uiteindelijk producten, werkwijzen etc worden opgeleverd. Een manier van werken met elkaar. Om vanuit de omgevingsvisie naar een omgevingsuitvoering te komen zetten we een traject in van ??n jaar tot maximaal twee jaar. Het eerste contract zal lopen tot 01-01-2026. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid zijn er nog verlengingsmogelijkheden. Voor dit traject is een procesregisseur omgevingsvisie nodig die de regie pakt op alle activiteiten en werkzaamheden die binnen dit traject opgepakt moeten worden. De werving wordt ingezet op het werven van een bureau zodat er waar nodig verschillende expertises geleverd kan worden (en afwisselende functies waar nodig). In de offerte dient de procesregisseur aangedragen te worden (baseer hier de prijs op), maar ook dient aangegeven te worden welke expertise het bureau nog meer kan bieden. In onderling overleg zal gedurende het contract worden gekeken welke expertise er verder nodig is (en welk passend uurtarief daarbij hoort).
