Architectural Master Plan, Detailed Architectural & Structural Design ( 2D and 3D models).(MEP) Design and its approval by the concerned authorities.
Preparation Feasibility Study,Development Project Proposal (DPP) and Fire Safety Plan and Assisting TCB in processing the approval through the concerned Ministry and, where applicable, Planning Commission, including:
Preparation of Detailed Working Plan, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical Specification and Cost Estimate as per the approved drawings. Procurement Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection(QCBS). Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Experience and Resources Required: 1. Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable).
2. Minimum of 15 years of general experience in Architectural/Engineering consultancy services.
3. Financial capability with Liquid Assets/Working Capital or Credit Line of minimum BDT 1 (One) Crore.
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years
5. Annual turnover of at least BDT 2.00 Crore last 3 years
6. Experience Certificate.
